The 59-year-old took to Instagram on Monday morning to share a sweet picture of herself and husband Tim Dynevor holding their eldest child Phoebe who turned 28 on 17 April.
Baby Phoebe looks precious as she is proudly held by dad Tim and a young Sally beams for the camera as they take a family photograph.
